• Real-time GPS vehicle tracking
• Driving behavior analysis and reporting
• Vehicle diagnostics and performance monitoring
• Fleet management tools
• Alert and notification services
• Data analytics and insights

3. User Accounts

To use our services, you must:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Be responsible for all activities under your account
• Not share your account with others
• Be at least 18 years of age or have parental consent

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Violate any laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Transmit malicious code or harmful content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems

5. Fees and Payment

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We collect and process vehicle and user data as described in our Privacy Policy. You consent to such collection and processing. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to share any data you provide to us.

All content, features, and functionality of our services are owned by Telematik and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

8. Service Availability

We strive to provide reliable services but cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time. We are not liable for any service interruptions or data loss.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Telematik shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the services in the preceding 12 months.

10. Disclaimers

Our services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any data or information. You use our services at your own risk.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Telematik and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of our services, violation of these terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to our services at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these terms or is harmful to other users or our business interests.

13. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Tunisia. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Tunisia.
